A little about me...
Hi, I'm Christy Marchand, a Louisiana native who now lives in the woods in the Ozarks with my best friend and husband of 44 years, along with Honey the lab, Dixie, Luna the Snowshoe who is sweet and shy and Moaning Myrtle the Maine coon mix who is the world's noisiest drama queen.
After dabbling down lots of different artsy avenues over the years, I found my true love in stained glass. Some women get excited about jewelry or shoes but my heart beats a little faster when I find a particularly beautiful sheet of glass!
It's wonderful, after working as an executive assistant for 30 years, to now work in my pajamas with cats in my windows, dogs underfoot, and hummingbirds, squirrels. deer and my flowerbeds right outside the screen door.
I can make "serious glass" but have the most fun creating bright and whimsical bits of art that twinkle in the sun and bring a smile to people's faces.
